Getting there:

Car

Space in the car park is limited and you may need to park in nearby roads. Please observe directions from stewards.

Rail

Kemsing station is about a mile away by public footpath.

Bus

Unfortunately bus services to Kemsing have been cut since our last AGM here and there is no longer a suitable bus from Sevenoaks station.  There is a bus to Seal (308) but there is then a 1.3 mile walk by footpath – further by road.  Please check at Traveline South East before travelling.

5. To receive and approve the Annual Accounts and Treasurer’s Report for the year ended 30 September 2019

6. To consider a motion to amend the Kent Area Constitution

Note: The Area Council consists of the Honorary Officers and Members above, representatives from each local Group (appointed by the local Group Committee) and co-opted members including post holders appointed by Area Council.
